Innovations for impact entrepreneurs & investors

Friday 16 October 2026 · De Hoorn, Leuven · doors 14:00

An afternoon about what impact entrepreneurship really asks of you.

Three entrepreneurs tell you how it went for them. What worked, and what didn't. Then we look at three things that help you further: your own talents, your organisation, and the legal form of your company. For that last one we developed a new model together with Impact Advocaten, along with regenerative equity: a way of raising capital that we designed ourselves.

What it's about

As an impact entrepreneur you get plenty of advice about your mission. About the form of your company, hardly any. And sooner or later that's what you run into.

So we start with the real story. Three entrepreneurs on what worked for them and what didn't. Including the parts they'd rather not post on LinkedIn.

Then we get practical. Which talents do you need as an entrepreneur? How do you build an organisation that works? And which company form fits what you're trying to do?

At the end there's a first. Together with Impact Advocaten we developed the first regenerative corporate model. It comes with regenerative equity, a funding instrument we designed ourselves at Happonomy. Impact Advocaten presents both.

A law firm for mission-driven companies. They developed the regenerative corporate model together with us, and they present it on 16 October.

A new model, and a new way of financing

Most entrepreneurs choose their company form once, right at the start. Often on advice that had little to do with their mission. Impact Advocaten goes through the forms available in Flanders today, including the CVSO, and shows where they pinch.

Then comes the first. Together with Impact Advocaten we developed the first regenerative corporate model. And we designed regenerative equity: a way to raise capital without your mission ending up subordinate to the return. That instrument is ours.

Regenerative equity is a new investment instrument. It gives shareholders financial security, it keeps the relationship between capital and mission fair, and it goes for maximum impact.

Are you an investor? This is the part you're coming for. Bring your questions. That's what the reception is for.

Who it's for

For impact entrepreneurs
You've just started, or you're in the middle of it. You want to know how others do it, what you're still missing, and whether your company is built well enough for what you're planning next.
For impact investors
You put money into mission-driven companies and you keep hitting the limits of ordinary shares. You want to know what regenerative equity actually involves, and who to talk to about it.

Why three prices?

Everyone gets the same afternoon. Same room, same speakers, same drink. But €59 doesn't mean the same thing to everyone. To one person it's nothing. To another it's the reason to stay home. That's why there are three amounts.

Choose free if the money isn't there right now. That's what it's for. We ask for no proof and no explanation. We count on you being honest with yourself. If the money is there, take one of the other two. That's what keeps the free ticket available for people who really need it.

With €59 you pay for your own seat: the room and your drink. Choose regenerative and you pay for your seat plus an amount you decide yourself, which goes in full to Lampeke vzw.

That last step isn't an extra. It's exactly what this afternoon is about: doing business in a way that also gives something to people who aren't at the table.
